First, review the Skill Types via Recruitment --> Configuration --> Employees --> Skill Types.

You can see here six skill types, each with a list of skills and a list of levels.

For Job Positions you can define the level of a skills desired, for the Consultant Job Position you can see these in Expected Skills:

From the Job Position, you can Search Matching Applicants:

We will then list all potential Candidates, also showing which Job Position they are currently applying for:

If you open each Applicant, you can see more details about their Skills and Matching score:

It also works in reverse, from the Applicant, you can search for Matching Positions:
